The Stellantis Supplier Diversity “High Focus” program is a leading class initiative aimed at driving supplier diversity accountability across our Tier-I suppliers.  The program participants are Tier-I suppliers that are not meeting diversity spend goals.  Through this program, these suppliers are provided a plan of action to support their performance and focus on improving their spending requirements among Tier-II diverse suppliers.
